Zb13 to wyjątkowy piętrowy dom z garażem jednostanowiskowym w bryle. Prosta, atrakcyjna bryła z bogatym programem użytkowym została przykryta dachem dwuspadowym. Wykończenie elewacji nadaje mu niepowtarzalnego charakteru.

Wnętrze domu wyraźnie podzielono na strefę dzienną i nocną. Na parterze zaprojektowany został przestronny salon, który połączony jest z kuchnią oraz jadalnią. Kominek usytuowany jest w sercu domu - można podziwiać jego uroki z jadalni oraz z kanapy w salonie. Program strefy dziennej wzbogacono o gabinet oraz łazienkę z wanną.

Piętro to prywatna strefa domowników, tworzą ją trzy komfortowe sypialnie, ogólnodostępna łazienka oraz osobna garderoba. Master bedroom wyposażono we własną łazienkę oraz garderobę.

BIM facilitates the modification of the project - conceptual changes introduced in the project are applied to the 3D model and are automatically reflected in the quantitative reports and project documentation.

Facilitates cooperation at the design stage - in a well-developed and efficient system, designers collect and exchange data, cooperating and sharing the necessary information. BIM technology is already used at the stage of creating the project. Thanks to this, all participants of the investment process are able to check virtually all the technical aspects of the planned implementation before the heavy equipment starts work.
