Zs1 to nowoczesna propozycja domu w zabudowie segmentowej. Prosta konstrukcja oraz dwuspadowy dach czynią go tanią i łatwą w budowie inwestycją. Wykusz od strony ogrodu i naturalne, drewniane elementy elewacji uwydatniają nowatorski charakter zabudowy.

Część dzienną każdego segmentu stanowi przestronny, jasny salon z centralnie usytuowanym kominkiem. Otwarta kompozycja kuchni powiększa optycznie wnętrze mieszkania. Duże powierzchnie przeszkleń pozwalają na naturalne doświetlanie, oszczędność prądu oraz kumulację ciepła.

Na parterze do dyspozycji mieszkańców znajduje się również niewielka toaleta oraz podręczne pomieszczenie gospodarcze. Na piętrze znajdują się trzy przestronne sypialnie. Duża łazienka zapewni komfort codziennej toalety, a spora garderoba z łatwością pomieści ubrania domowników. Każdy segment posiada indywidualny garaż.

Projekt ZS1 może zostać wybudowany jako dom niskoenergetyczny, ponieważ był projektowany z takimi założeniami. Od północy niewiele przeszkleń (front) lub wcale (elewacja boczna). Zamiast tradycyjnego kominka można zastosować biokominek, który nie wymaga wyprowadzenia przewodu ponad dach.

Zs1to propozycja inwestycji, która gwarantuje sukces. Wpadająca w oko architektura domów przyciąga ciekawością. W zewnętrznych segmentach można wstawić okna lub wykusze utrzymane w stylu. BIM facilitates the modification of the project - conceptual changes introduced in the project are applied to the 3D model and are automatically reflected in the quantitative reports and project documentation.

Facilitates cooperation at the design stage - in a well-developed and efficient system, designers collect and exchange data, cooperating and sharing the necessary information. BIM technology is already used at the stage of creating the project. Thanks to this, all participants of the investment process are able to check virtually all the technical aspects of the planned implementation before the heavy equipment starts work.
