Zx156 D jest propozycją domu współczesnego z nowoczesną kolorystyką oraz materiałami elewacyjnymi. Z zewnątrz budynek wygląda jak połączenie dwóch brył. Wewnętrzna, ciemna z poddaszem użytkowym i dachem dwuspadowym oraz zewnętrzna, parterowa z dachem płaskim pokryta drewnem elewacyjnym.

Na parterze architekt umieścił otwartą część dzienną z dużymi przeszkleniami. Z salonu wyjdziemy na zadaszony taras, gdzie w ciepłe dni możemy podejmować gości. Część techniczna, garaż na dwa samochody oraz przestronne PG z miejscem do przechowywania dostępne z zewnątrz znajdziemy w lewej części budynku. Dodatkowym atutem będzie przestronny gabinet od ogrodu jak i łazienka dla gości.

Poddasze domu to prywatne miejsce gospodarzy. Znajdziemy tu dużą łazienkę i 3 przestronne sypialnie z czego główna posiada własną garderobę oraz łazienkę.

BIM facilitates the modification of the project - conceptual changes introduced in the project are applied to the 3D model and are automatically reflected in the quantitative reports and project documentation.

Facilitates cooperation at the design stage - in a well-developed and efficient system, designers collect and exchange data, cooperating and sharing the necessary information. BIM technology is already used at the stage of creating the project. Thanks to this, all participants of the investment process are able to check virtually all the technical aspects of the planned implementation before the heavy equipment starts work.
