Zx14 to innowacyjny projekt piętrowego domu z licznymi przeszkleniami, dzięki którym otoczenie stanowi naturalne dopełnienie przestrzeni wnętrz. Ciekawa podłużna i kubiczna bryła, wzbogacona została elementami z drewna i kamienia. Garaż na dwa stanowiska oraz boczne wejście pozwolą usytuować dom także na wąskiej działce.

Wnętrze domu to przede wszystkim przestronny, jasny salon. Kuchnia symbolicznie oddzielona jest od reszty pomieszczenia, funkcjonalną jadalnią. Pomieszczenie między kuchnią, a sienią - stworzone jest z myślą o ułatwieniu wnoszenia zakupów lub jako schowek. Garaż połączony jest z pomieszczeniem gospodarczym oraz z ogrodem poprzez niezależne wejście.

Na piętrze znajdują się cztery przestronne, wygodne sypialnie. Wszystkie mają komfortowe wymiary oraz duże okna z pięknym widokiem. Największa sypialnia ma osobną łazienkę oraz prywatną garderobę i niesamowity panoramiczny widok na otaczający krajobraz.
