Projekt Z443 D to dom dla osób ceniących sobie nowoczesność w prostym wydaniu. Dzięki charakterystycznemu przesunięciu bryły, został zachowany wyraźny podział na strefę dzienną i nocną. Dodatkowo ten zabieg pozwolił na stworzenie zadaszenia nad wejściem i tarasem. Podcięcia i boniowanie sprawiły, że bryła stała się ciekawa i niestandardowa.

Niewątpliwym atutem tego domu jest prywatna sypialnia, która posiada łazienkę, dużą szafę lub możliwość garderoby oraz wyjście na taras. Niestandardowe w projekcie Z443 jest to, iż domownicy mają wygodny dostęp do głównej garderoby, która znajduje się pomiędzy garażem a sienią.
