Projekt domuZ440 D to przykład wykorzystania małej przestrzeni w taki sposób, by stworzyć coś unikatowego. Charakterystyczne są tutaj duże przeszklenia od ogrodu oraz pustka nad salonem.

Na parterze dobrym rozwiązaniem jest gabinet z możliwością adaptacji na pokój gościnny lub sypialnię. Hol - miejsce kojarzone z wąskim, mało atrakcyjnym łącznikiem do innych pomieszczeń-tutaj "oddycha", dzięki zastosowaniu w strefie dziennej dużych przeszkleń, przez które rozciąga się piękny widok na ogród. Niestandardowym rozwiązaniem jest wykorzystanie schodów, które stają się elementem dekoracyjnym salonu.

Na poddaszu znajdują się 3 pokoje i łazienka. Atutem tego projektu jest możliwość przearanżowania przestrzeni w taki sposób, aby stworzyć dwa pokoje oddzielone od siebie holem i łazienką (dzięki połączeniu pokoi o metrażach 8,01 m2 i 8,00 m2 mogłaby powstać sypialnia z garderobą).

W związku z tym, iż domek nie ma okien na elewacjach bocznych, istnieje możliwość dobudowania garażu- alternatywą może być wiata pokazana na wizualizacjach.

BIM facilitates the modification of the project - conceptual changes introduced in the project are applied to the 3D model and are automatically reflected in the quantitative reports and project documentation.

Facilitates cooperation at the design stage - in a well-developed and efficient system, designers collect and exchange data, cooperating and sharing the necessary information. BIM technology is already used at the stage of creating the project. Thanks to this, all participants of the investment process are able to check virtually all the technical aspects of the planned implementation before the heavy equipment starts work.
