Z378 to propozycja współczesnego domu parterowego z dachem wielospadowym i garażem dwustanowiskowym. Wykończony białym tynkiem z dodatkiem boniowania, delikatnym gzymsem oraz czarnym betonem architektonicznym. Dodatkowo podcień wejściowy nadaje uroku całości bryły.

Wnętrza domu rozdzielono na część dzienną oraz część nocną. W przestronnym salonie połączonym z wytworną jadalnią zaplanowano kominek, aby w Państwa domu nigdy nie zabrakło ciepła domowego ogniska. Aneks kuchenny wyposażono w dużą ilość blatów (wyspę kuchenną), które doceni każda Pani domu. Rozległy taras okalający całą strefę dzienną wyposażono w duże przeszklenia aby maksymalnie rozświetlić wnętrza. Bliskość WC pozwoli na pozostawanie gości w dziennej części domu.

Część nocna to cztery pokoje, z których ostatni posiada wyodrębnioną łazienkę i garderobę, więc może służyć jako pokój gościnny lub pokój dla rodziców. Dwa środkowe pokoje mają przyporządkowana łazienkę na korytarzu, zaś pokój od ulicy wyposażono w prywatną łazienkę.

Projekt domu Z378 powstał jako odpowiedź na potrzebę rodzin z trojgiem dzieci.
