Z297 to kompaktowy projekt o prostej, zwartej bryle z dachem dwuspadowym. Ze względu na niewielką szerokość frontu zmieści się na bardzo wąskiej działce. Zaletą projektu jest piętro o pełnej wysokości, bez skosów.

Przy stosunkowo niewielkiej powierzchni 93mkw, projekt oferuje szeroki program funkcjonalny. Na parterze znajduje się strefa reprezentacyjna - kuchnia połączona z jadalnią oraz salonem. Spora kotłownia z wyjściem na ogród przylega do salonu-wspólny przewód kominowy to rozsądne i oszczędne rozwiązanie.
