Z215 to dom z poddaszem użytkowym, niepodpiwniczony, przeznaczony dla 3-4-osobowej rodziny. Klasyczną bryłę budynku wzbogacają nowocześnie zaprojektowane detale.

Dom charakteryzuje wyjątkowy układ pomieszczeń. Na parterze mieści się otwarta strefa dzienna, z charakterystyczną przeszkloną ścianą oraz kominkiem oddzielającym salon od jadalni.
